Monte Vista High School junior Alissa Anderegg was recently named the first runner-up in the Miss California Outstanding Teen contest, the sister program to Miss America. This was Anderegg’s third year competing and the second time as first runner-up. It is scheduled to be broadcast live on ABC in January.
