Local citizens group SOS-Danville filed a lawsuit July 25 challenging the town of Danville’s approval of the [http://www.danvilleexpress.com/news/show_story.php?id=9664&approved=yes SummerHill Homes development]. The suit challenges the town’s assertion that the development does not invoke Measure S and claims that the project’s environmental impact report is insufficient.
