The Valley Concert Chorale, the Tri-Valley’s premier chorus, is now scheduling appointments for auditions for singers who would like to be a part of the Chorale’s 50th anniversary. Auditions will be held on Monday, Sept. 9 and Monday, Sept. 16 at First Presbyterian Church, 2020 Fifth St., Livermore. The Chorale is seeking experienced singers with sight-reading skills who enjoy singing exciting and challenging music. The Chorale performs a wide variety of music ranging from classical to contemporary, and folk to jazz. To schedule an appointment, call 462-4205.
